Aqueous Cleaning Systems

The AQUA-KLEAN Ultrafiltration System separated suspended solids and emulsified oils, producing a concentrate. The treated water passes through a semi-permeable, carbon fiber membrane to produce a permeate. The concentrated solution is then recirculated from the concentrate tank and pumped through the carbon ultrafiltration membrane and returned to the concentrate tank. The permeate continuously passes through a flow meter and then returns to the process tank or batch holding tank. Optional level controls and feed pumps are offered to provide automatic system operation. Systems are available to treat up too 3500 gallons per day.
