Custom Plastic Fabricators

Burt Process Equipment incorporates the latest technology in the fabrication of thermoplastic products such as tanks, lab benches, exhaust systems and special corrosion resistant equipment.

With state-of-the-art bending and fusion welding machines, products can be constructed with smooth seamless corners. This eliminates the possibility of leaks and provides strong, esthetically superior productions. Plastic materials up to 1" think and 10' long can be thermally-formed and butt-fusion welded.

Our bending machine can bend thermoplastic sheets up to 1" thick and 10' long. Materials include polypropylene, polyethelyne, PVC, Kynar, acrylics and polycarbonate. Bend capabilities range from 0¡ to 110¡ and clear PVC and acrylics may be bent without optical distortion of clarity other than natural optical parallax illusion. No second-stage reinforcement type welding is necessary inside the bend. The material is bent utilizing full sheet thickness.

Our automatic fusion welding machine welds compatible material together under the same conditions that the material is manufactured. This means that joints are made up to 100% of material strength. No weld rod is introduced and materials are fusioned one to the other to form a homogeneous, continuous sheet.
