RUGGED, DEPENDABLE TRANSFER STATIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL, LAB & INSTITUTIONAL APPLICATIONS

PERFORMANCE . . . A wide range of flow and head capabilities to meet all requirements. Use these pump curves to select the proper size system to fulfill your requirements.

TANK. . . Exceptionally rugged acid resistant construction with 1/2” thick polypropylene covers. Designed for extra safety and durability. These tanks are available in fiberglass, polypropylene, or polyethylene. Cleaning is accomplished quickly and easily due to the smooth interior.

PUMP . . . This unique CPVC pump is virtually maintenance free. There are no bearings, seals or metal components in contact with the fluid being pumped. This design allows the pump to run dry and to pump against a closed discharge without damage. They are available in CPVC and polypropylene for temperatures to 180oF. True union, ball check valves are included on the discharge of all pump transfer stations.

  LIQUID LEVEL CONTROL. . . The corrosion resistant construction of this control makes it ideal for use in aggressive fluids. All wetted parts are CPVC/polypropylene and all fastening hardware is stainless. Automatically turns the pump on at high level and off at low level. Also available for duplex operation and with high level alarm feature.

POLYETHYLENE
These small Pumping Stations are, among other applications, ideally suited for under-table or under-sink installation in the Photographic Industry. They are fully automatic and can be used to collect fix, bleach/fix, or wash water for desilvering, regeneration, or destruction. Standard models are available with flow rates to 50 GPM and heads to 30 feet. Normally, the Stations are supplied with 115 VAC motors. However, other voltages are available upon request.
